Pasquale, Victoria and her parents all came to Viansa WInery on a cool Sonoma Saturday morning for what Victoria thought was just a wine tasting. Little did she know that her life was about to drastically change. I’m sure as they approached the Vista outlook and saw all of the amazing florals that she began to catch on.
The screaming started the second Pasquale hit his knees. But not from Victoria. Pasquale had a second surprise up is sleeve, the rest of their family had flown in from Florida and was hiding out on the hillside with me.
Of course she said yes! And their family joined them for some hugs and champagne on the outlook. Selfies and FaceTimes to everyone back home took over the next few minutes, while everyone wiped tears and congratulated the couple and their family.
Every single family member gave a little speech to the couple! Followed bu a cheers! The love and excitement was so strong on that little pergola over the vineyard.
I was able to sneak the couple away for a few portraits and some alone time. Victoria admired her new groom and her new bling! Pasquale admired his new fiancé and was ready to celebrate!
We took a quick little stroll around the grounds, hand and hand sipping champagne <—- them not me :) I followed them trough the vines, down the paths and all around the beautiful buildings.
We rejoined the family who had begun celebrating with wine, charcuterie, and more FaceTimes home.
Can we chat for a minute about this amazing venue? It’s one of my favorites. Amazing wine country views! Gorgeous architecture, highlighted by Tuscan inspired landscaping. Leaving endless options for portraits.
One of the great things about living and working in Wine country is getting to experience all of these amazing wineries. You would think with so many similarities that it might get redundant. But each and everyone brings something unique to the table. While poking around the Viansa website I learned a few things that I thought were pretty cool.
- Viansa is owned and operated by a 4th generation family! The Sebastiani Family is a longtime Sonoma Valley Family and brings the Tuscan feeling here to California with their Italian heriatage.
- You can take a quick little quiz in their website to Plan you Perfect Dinner Party!
- Wondering if the vines have started to change for fall colors? Check it out on their live stream cam.
So many more exciting options to explore, like the full variety of picnic and tasting experiences! I cant wait t come back with my own friends and family to check it all out!
